Welcome to LEO RICCI. We provide shipping only in the United States, free of charge.
Most items ship in 4 to 7 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, an email confirmation will be sent to you along with a tracking number to track the arrival of your order.
To return your product, you should contact us first at customercare@leoricci.com. You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES (if applicable)
After your purchase, if you wish to exchange your product, you may do so for another item of equal or greater value within 14 days of delivery. Due to the highest quality standards of our procedures prior to shipping the goods to our customers, you are guaranteed the most premium merchandise.
If you wish to return your product, you may do so within 7 days of delivery.

Your returned item must arrive at the LEO RICCI warehouse no later than 7 days after your order date.
Every item shipped follows a thorough quality control, and we take photos of each piece purchased prior to shipment.
Items must be unworn, undamaged and unused, with all tags attached with its original packaging. If an item has a LEO RICCI security tag attached, it must be returned with the tag in its original position, unsealed, & untempered with.
Please take care when trying on your purchases and return them in the same condition you received them. Any returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted.
Once your return has been received and accepted by our service & quality team, your refund will be completed via the original payment method, excluding the delivery costs.
